Our shipping cost depends on which zone area you fall into; please see below for a breakdown and the costs. The cost is calculated when you go through the order process and is based on the delivery address postcode that you specify. The maximum weight is up to 28kg, if over 28kg then the rate will be charged for every 28kg thereafter, if applicable this will be calculated automatically at checkout.
PLEASE NOTE: As of the 31st January 2011 all of our delivery prices are now subject to added 20% VAT. Where as before we weren't charged any VAT on deliveries as Parcel Force who we use, were exempt from paying VAT.

Delivery will be made to the address specified when you complete the order. It is your responsibility to make sure that the address is correct and complete in order for the delivery driver to deliver your goods and to deliver them to the correct address. If this delivery address is incorrect then we can not be held responsible for lost or delayed orders. There may also be a £8.50 return charge if the order is sent back to us. If any perishable goods are spoiled on the return of the parcel this will again be charged to you.
We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to deliver within 5 working days. Whilst we make every effort to deliver all your items within 5 working days in the event we cannot deliver an item then we shall contact you to let you know. Could we also ask for your mobile phone number to send you tracking info via SMS?
If paying by e-cheque via PayPal then goods will not be dispatched until the payment has cleared.
Please Note: Goods ordered Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday will be processed, packaged & dispatched Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday to ensure the goods leaving our premises reach you as fresh as possible. This is to ensure they don't sit in a warehouse over the weekend & spoil.Perishable goods: Refrigerated items & perishable goods will be packaged just before we dispatch them to ensure freshness and sent via 24hr delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are able to take delivery of the items on the expected delivery date. If for any reason you are not in or able to take delivery we will not be responsible for the perishable goods & no refunds will be given. Upon delivery of the perishable goods they should be stored in the refrigerator as soon as your delivery has been received.
A signature is required at delivery. By placing an order you are authorising us to accept a signature from another person on your behalf if you need to sign for an item and you are not present at the time of delivery. We use a third party delivery company which may, at their discretion, leave an item in a safe place if no one is present at the time of delivery. In these circumstances the delivery company will put a card through your letterbox explaining where they have left the item or if they cannot leave it in a safe place they will state alternative delivery options available to you. It is then your responsibility to collect the parcel from the Post Office or depot where it will be held. If you do not collect the parcel within 10 days, it will be automatically sent back to us. This will involve a charge of £8.50 from the courier company which we will pass on to you. If any perishable goods are spoiled on the return of the parcel this will again be charged to you.
It is your responsibility to store all products as they should be stored, in conjunction with the guidelines on the product packaging.
We are committed to caring for the environment where we can and therefore we try to recycle packaging materials where possible. For example some of the boxes our stock comes in are reused to package customer orders, they are good strong sturdy boxes. We also recycle paper which we shred & use as filling to protect your goods in transit.
